BCCT Insight with Amnesty International: Corporate Dinner Panel Discussion
BCCT Insight with Amnesty International: Corporate Dinner Panel Discussion
On Thursday, 17 September 2026, BCCT, in collaboration with Amnesty International Thailand, hosted the BCCT Insight with Amnesty International: Corporate Dinner Panel Discussion at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, exploring the impact of scam compounds, the complexities surrounding this issue, their implications for human rights, and the risks they pose to businesses and communities.
The discussion brought together perspectives from a human rights organisation, the financial crime unit of a multinational bank, and a leading recruitment service provider, offering valuable insights into this complex and evolving issue.
We were honoured to hear from an outstanding panel of speakers:
Joe Freeman, Amnesty International East, Southeast Asia and Pacific Regional Office
Anak Muthitacharoen, Ph.D, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (Thailand)
More than just a discussion, this event made a meaningful contribution to a larger cause. All proceeds from ticket sales were donated to Amnesty International to support its work in promoting equality and protecting human rights worldwide.
A sincere thank you to our speakers, moderator, and everyone who joined us. This event would not have been possible without your support.
