On Wednesday 5th August 2026, we hosted the BCCT Upskilling: Agile Project Management Certificate Course, led by award-winning author and Certified ScrumMaster®, Richard James Rogers.
 
We were delighted to see strong engagement and meaningful discussions throughout the workshop. Participants deepened their understanding of Agile by exploring core frameworks, roles, and planning practices, while gaining hands-on insight into Agile tools, estimation techniques, and performance metrics.
 
It was an action-packed day where participants gained hands-on experience with core Agile frameworks, estimation tools, and key metrics—leaving with both practical skills and the Certificate of Achievement.
