On Wednesday 6 May 2026, BCCT was honoured to welcome HM British Ambassador Mark Gooding OBE, together with Ploypailin Rupavijetra, Sarah Ayling, and Ben Morley from the British Embassy Bangkok (UK in Thailand) , for the BCCT Breakfast Briefing with the British Ambassador and the UK Embassy Team at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.
 
The session provided valuable insights into Thailand’s post-election landscape, key political and geopolitical developments, and Thailand’s economic outlook — including GDP growth, household debt, credit conditions, and the impact of the strong Thai Baht. The briefing also created excellent opportunities for discussion, networking, and exchanging perspectives within the business community.
