On Thursday, 30 April 2026, the BCCT Policy Lunch Briefing: Thailand’s Net Zero 2050 Direction brought together key voices from government and industry to explore Thailand’s path toward a low-carbon future.
 
The session featured a keynote by Dr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich, Director General, Department of Climate Change and Environment (DCCE), outlining Thailand’s strategic direction toward Net Zero 2050.
 
This was followed by a dynamic panel with Robert Easson, CEO, Easson Energy Thailand; IPMVP Ambassador Thailand) and Daniel Ross, Chief Investment Officer & Head of Sustainability, BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, moderated by Thitipa Laxanaphisuth, Policy Manager, BCCT, discussing how evolving climate policy and global developments are reshaping business strategy.
 
The session was initiated by Nichapat Na Thalang, Head of Sustainability at Prudential Thailand PCL, Chair of the BCCT Sustainability and Nattinee Netraumpai, Head of Corporate Affairs at Unilever Thailand, Chair of the BCCT Advocacy Working Groups,, driving meaningful dialogue on Thailand’s transition.
