BCCT Upskilling: Leading Teams Towards High Performance

A focused day of learning at the BCCT Upskilling: Leading Teams Towards High Performance workshop on Wednesday 4 March 2026.

Led by Arne Blom, Leadership and Team Coach from Activate Asia, participants explored the foundations of high-performing teams, addressed cross-cultural challenges in teamwork, and conducted a team assessment to develop practical action plans that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

Throughout the workshop, participants gained practical insights into strengthening team collaboration, navigating cross-cultural dynamics, and leading teams more effectively.

At the end of the session, all participants received certificates in recognition of their completion of the programme.
