BCCT, in collaboration with Mahanakorn Partners Group (MPG), represented by Luca Bernardinetti recently hosted an exclusive evening seminar: "Navigating Thailand’s Long-Term Residency Pathways." On 18 June 2026.

The session explored the pathway from the Long-Term Resident (LTR) Visa to Permanent Residency (PR) and ultimately Thai citizenship, providing attendees with valuable insights into Thailand's long-term residency framework.

A special thank you to Sanlaya Aksharamat, Head of the LTR Visa Unit at the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), for sharing the latest updates and enforcement directions for the LTR Visa in 2026.
