BCCT x Junior Achievement Asia Pacific Business Dinner

On Wednesday, 20 May 2026, BCCT, in collaboration with Junior Achievement Thailand, Junior Achievement Asia Pacific, and Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO Secretariat), hosted the BCCT x Junior Achievement Asia Pacific Business Dinner "Empowering the Next Generation", bringing together leaders from business, education, and international organisations to discuss the future of work and youth empowerment.

The evening featured welcome remarks by Greg Watkins MBE, Executive Director from British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT), followed by insightful presentations from Dr Vivek Kumar, F.IOD., President of Junior Achievement Asia Pacific, and Melinda Good, The World Bank Group, Director for Thailand and Myanmar, on "Empowering the Next Generation".

The event provided a valuable platform for cross-sector collaboration, meaningful discussions, and networking among organisations committed to preparing future generations for an evolving workforce landscape.

BCCT was also delighted to see one of our members, Nichapat Na Thalang, Head of Sustainability at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. (Thailand) PCL and Chair of the 𝗕𝗖𝗖𝗧 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, recognised with a plaque of appreciation for continued support towards youth empowerment and education initiatives.
