BCCT Upskilling: Leadership Workshops

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the BCCT Upskilling: Leadership Workshops on 14th January 2026 led by Tessa Grint, Global Leadership Architect, Tessa Grint | Leadership By Design

Throughout the workshop, participants explored how to lead from their Zone of Genius, redefine their leadership identity, and use stillness as a strategic advantage. The session emphasised designing intentional systems and rituals that replace urgency with clarity, focus, and sustainable performance.
