Led by Change Works CEO Paul Marks, the workshop focused on how leaders can strengthen team engagement and performance by spotting everyday coaching opportunities, using powerful questions, and applying simple, structured coaching models in the flow of daily work.
 
Participants explored practical tools to build trust, create psychological safety, and encourage ownership – leaving with clear strategies to integrate coaching into their leadership approach.
