BCCT Evening Seminar: Health, Safety & Survival in a Climate Changing World
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the BCCT Evening Seminar – Health, Safety & Survival in a Climate Changing World.
We were delighted to welcome Jim N R Dale, Founder & Senior Meteorologist at British Weather Services, who provided a deeply engaging and eye-opening session on the realities of climate-induced extreme weather, both globally and here in Thailand.
The session challenged attendees to rethink organisational preparedness beyond carbon targets, addressing how to anticipate, manage, and survive scenarios such as heat extremes, storms, and flooding. With a dynamic Q&A and a practical approach, the seminar offered valuable insight into a future where resilience is as vital as sustainability.
A special thanks to Amnesty International Thailand, represented by Bancha Leelaguagoon and Jacquline Yew, for their kind support in making this event possible.
We look forward to welcoming you to future BCCT events.
