BCCT/British Club/British Embassy Briefing:

It was great to see everyone at our first community briefing with the UK in Thailand.

Thank you to British Embassy Honorary Legal Advisors, Dr Nattaphol Chinawong and Nanthawaree Ajchariyavanich from Natipatana Law Office, for sharing their invaluable insights into wills and power of attorney.

We were also delighted to welcome staff from the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), including the Director-General of the Department of Civil Rights Protection and Legal Aid, Kosolwat Inthuchanwong, who further enlightened attendees on the importance of power of attorney and the administration of estates.
