Emilia Romagna Promotion

From now until the end of the month, Spasso will feature seven special dishes from the Emilia Romagna region, North-East of Italy by Chef Roberto. You will enjoy Spiedino di Palamita (Grilled Bonito, smoked eggplant, Novelle potato, tomato, Riviera anchovies) THB 590++, Tagliere  Romagnolo (Ca Lumaco assorted ham and salami made from Mora Romagnola pig, Pecorino di Fossa IGP, Piadina bread) THB 990++, Strozzapreti (Handmade Strozzapreti, cannellini cream, baby cuttlefish ragout, fried kale) THB 690++, Passatelli (Handmade Passatelli, razor clams, Canestrelli scallop, shellfish broth, semi-dried tomato)THB 690++, Tortellini (Pumpkin Tortellini, young spinach, 36 month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar) THB 690++, Porchetta (Emilian pork belly, braised cabbage, rocket pesto, carrot puree) THB 890++, Rombo (Mediterranean turbot, Cesena green asparagus, saffron sauce, sweet potatoes) THB 1690++.
