Signature Sunday Brunch enhancement with special items and lucky draw prizes

Bangkok, Thailand – March 27, 2025 – Viu, located on 12^th floor of the St. Regis Bangkok, joins the hotel celebration of its 14^th anniversary with a special edition of its Signature Sunday Brunch on April 6, 2025. The Birthday Brunch will feature special dishes, premium ingredients, free-flow Champagne, a caviar trolley, and the excitement of lucky draw prizes, available from 12:30 – 3:30 PM.

The Sunday Brunch menu highlights the vibrant culinary traditions of Southern Europe, emphasizing the joy of sharing meals with loved ones. The "At the Table" service further enriches the experience by offering family-style dishes that embody the warm, communal spirit of VIU.

Start off with homemade bread, Foie Gras Crostini, and a seafood tower that includes steamed blue crabs, langoustines, freshwater shrimps, Alaskan king crabs, whelks, and a selection of French oysters. The lively atmosphere is enhanced by tableside pasta preparations, with main courses like Boston Grilled Lobster Tail, Wagyu Beef, and Australian Lamb Rack, showcasing the chefs’ culinary artistry in an open kitchen setting. To round off the dining experience, the buffet station offers delights like freshly made Japanese sushi and sashimi, along with Thai specialties such as aromatic Boat Noodles and pass-around homemade pizzas, freshly baked right before guests' eyes.

The Birthday Brunch showcases new offerings, presenting premium French cheese, Smoked Trout Rye Bread Crostini with sour cream and avocado mayo, alongside “The Caviar House” Oscietra caviar trolley. Additional highlights include Pearl Barley Risotto with Piquillo Pepper Sauce and Burrata, and Pan-Seared French Turbot Fish with Puttanesca Sauce and Potato Cake, all accompanied by free-flow Champagne.

Complete the meal with a bountiful dessert selection, featuring freshly made crêpes, an indulgent ice cream station, and a chocolate fountain. A special highlight for the anniversary is The St. Regis Birthday Cake, a red velvet creation fashioned into the number 14. Diners will also enjoy the captivating entertainment while indulging in the brunch including live music by a talented trio band and have the chance to spin a lucky draw wheel.
