Elevating the tradition of afternoon tea, The St. Regis Bangkok culinary team has meticulously crafted an exquisite selection of savory and sweet delights that accentuate the distinct flavors of Kaviari caviar. Savory highlights include Mini Cones filled with tangy sour cream, topped with fresh chives and the almond-like flavour of Kristal Caviar; and Beetroot and Salmon Tarts with Saffron Mayo, enhanced by the buttery notes of the signature Transmontanus Caviar. More indulgent bites include Foie Gras Bon Bons paired with sweet cherry jam and the nutty crunch of hazelnuts, as well as Crunchy Brioche Rolls filled with velvety Camembert mousse and caramelized figs.

The experience extends to a palette of sweet treats, including the airy Île Flottante with soft meringue, served with vanilla anglaise and a touch of dry caviar that adds a subtle umami flavour, alongside Caramel Fleur de Sel Pearls—delicate salted caramel white chocolate pearls presented in a pearl shell. The Lemon Mille-Feuille delights with its crisp pastry layers, zesty lemon cream, and the sweetness of honey-infused caviar. Completing the experience, Wholewheat Scones are served with an assortment of jams, whipped cream, and cream cheese, perfectly paired with The St. Regis signature coffee or tea, enhancing the elegance of this timeless ritual.

In addition to the Kaviari afternoon tea, an optional upgrade to immerse deeply in a sensory experience of caviar is also available. The Kaviari Afternoon Tea experience is served daily from February 1 through March 31, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in The Drawing Room on the 12^th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, priced at THB 2,800++ per set for two persons, including coffee or tea.
