The “Flavours of Thailand” is an unmissable unlimited tasting experience that will treat all lovers of fine Thai cuisine, including vegetarian guests, to a choice of 30 delectable Thai dishes. A wide range of timeless classics and original recipes are available, including enticing appetizers and spicy salads, soups, wok-fried delights, fresh seafood, curries, and desserts, expertly crafted using premium, locally-sourced ingredients – all for the highly appetizing price of THB 1,200++ per person. 

This culinary journey can commence with a selection of seven starters, including Gai Hor Bai Toey (deep-fried chicken in pandan leaf), Larb (Northeastern Thai salad with spicy minced organic chicken or free-range pork, roasted rice powder and sawtooth parsley), and Yum Som-O (spicy pomelo salad with crispy bean curd), or six sublime soups, such as Tom Kha Gai (spicy coconut milk soup with organic chicken and organic mushrooms), Tom Yum Goong (spicy & sour prawn soup with organic mushrooms and local herbs), and Gaeng Jued Tao Hu Moo Sab (clear soup with soft bean curd and minced pork).

Diners can then tuck into six sizzling wok-fried specialties, such as Phad Krapow (wok-fried organic chicken or free-range pork with chili and holy basil sauce), Phad Nam Man Hoi (wok-fried organic chicken or pork with onions, mushrooms and oyster sauce), Phad Yord Mara (stir-fried chayote with garlic and light soy sauce) and a trio of succulent seafood dishes: Pla Kapong Nueng Manao (steamed sea bass with spicy garlic and lime sauce), Goong Phad Kratiam Prik Thai (wok-fried prawns with garlic and pepper sauce) and Pla Kapong Sam Rod (deep-fried sea bass with sweet & sour chili sauce).

Fans of Thailand's aromatic curries will be able to choose from five different varieties, including a classic Gaeng Kiew Waan (Thai green curry with a choice of beef, pork or chicken), Gaeng Phed Ped Yang (red curry with duck breast and green apple), and Gaeng Panaeng Nuea (Panaeng curry with slow-cooked wagyu beef cheek). And every epicurean adventure can end on a sweet note with a choice of traditional Thai desserts, such as Kanom Koh Mapraw Orn (organic rice dumpling stuffed with sweet shredded coconut), Khao Niew Mamuang (mango with sticky rice), Piaekpoon Kati Sod (pandan pudding with coconut cream) and a choice of tropical ice creams and sorbets.

The “Flavours of Thailand” unlimited tasting experience will be available for dinner (17:30-22:30 hrs.) on Monday and Tuesday evenings – January 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th & 28th, 2025.
