Embark on a Global Gastronomic Adventure this January with Four Sunday Jazzy Brunch Special Editions

Guests can kickstart 2025 in style with a series of dedicated weekend feasts that showcase the finest sushi & poke, curried chicken, gourmet cheeses, and the flavours of South America at Rossini’s and The Living Room

Bangkok, Thailand – Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, the iconic Luxury Collection Hotel in the heart of Bangkok, is inviting couples, families and friends to gather together this January and celebrate the start of 2025 with a series of Sunday Jazzy Brunch special editions! Staged every Sunday throughout the month, these one-of-a-kind occasions will transport all guests on a themed culinary adventure, enhanced with dynamic live stations and smooth jazz tunes. 

On January 5th, diners can give their New Year health kick a boost with a vibrant “Sushi & Poke Paradise” brunch. The hotel’s Japanese culinary experts will craft fresh sushi, sashimi, maki, nigiri and more, including specialties such as dragon rolls, rainbow rolls, spicy tuna rolls, unagi nigiri, and temaki sushi. Guests can also embrace the kaleidoscopic colors of Hawaiian cuisine with a “build your own poke bowl” station, featuring a wide range of nutritious grains, proteins, veggies and garnishes.

Then on January 12th, curry fans can celebrate “National Curried Chicken Day” with an exclusive, extra spicy edition of the Sunday Jazzy Brunch! A global gastronomic adventure awaits as chefs showcase nine different types of chicken curry from seven countries on three continents. With fragrant, flavour-packed recipes deriving from India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Morocco, Jamaica, Japan, and of course, Thailand, this is an unmissable occasion for all curry lovers.

Cheese takes center stage on January 19th, as Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit transforms into a haven of the finest fromage. The “Say Cheese” Sunday brunch will indulge in the gooey, oozy goodness of a traditional raclette, Swiss fondue, and baked camembert, as well as Italian burrata salad. Naturally, diners can treat themselves to a gourmet cheese board with nine different types of premium cheese, including Italian, French, English, Swiss, Spanish and Dutch varieties, paired with plenty of accompaniments, breads and condiments.

Finally on January 26th, the Sunday Jazzy Brunch will be infused with Latin flair as families and friends are invited to savor the “Flavours of South America”. Chefs will present a selection of authentic dishes from across this exotic continent, from fresh Peruvian ceviche and enticing Chilean empanadas, to fragrant Brazilian feijoada and more, plus a live carving station featuring prime cuts of Argentinian beef, pork ribs and whole roasted chicken. Every feast can end on a sweet note with a choice of delectable desserts, including Mexico’s famous churros.

And of course, whichever Sunday Jazzy Brunch they choose, all diners will be treated to an amazing array of dishes from around the globe, such as succulent seafood on ice, assorted Italian cold cuts and cheeses, roasted and carved meats, baked salmon, Indian, Thai, Chinese and Western delights, and much more. A dedicated kids’ corner will keep all little ones fully entertained. These uplifting afternoons are staged in the stylish surroundings of Rossini’s, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s authentic Italian ristorante and The Living Room, Bangkok’s premier live jazz venue.

The Sunday Jazzy Brunch special editions will run for four consecutive Sundays from January 5th to 26th, 2025 (12:00-15:00 hrs.). Each experience is priced at THB 2,690++ per adult, or THB 1,400++ per child (aged 6-12 years). Kids under 6 dine for free. Guests can also enliven their afternoon with a choice of free-flow beverage packages, starting from THB 1,850++ per person for two hours.
