An Artful Sustainable Christmas Tree & Showpiece

Park Hyatt Bangkok is pleased to announce a unique collaboration that puts sustainability at the forefront and elevates a local artist. Celebrate an artful Christmas at Park Hyatt Bangkok with an exceptional Christmas tree as the centerpiece for unforgettable holiday memories as well as a special addition showpiece in the Lobby, level 10 showcasing the sustainable materials used to create our special Christmas Tree.

To bring to life the spirit of Christmas and to showcase Thai culture within the tree and showpiece. Thai artist Saruta (Pin) Kiatparkpoom of Pin Metal Art has designed these sustainable works of art with Thai touches to commemorate the holiday season.

The pieces are welded from discarded metal and complemented by expertly crafted glass from skilled Thai artisans.

The design of the pieces draw inspiration from the Bai Sri Su Kwan, a sacred Thai ceremony steeped in tradition, and showcases a spectacular blend of timeless local craftsmanship and contemporary international styles. This artistic fusion melds a curated selection of fine handicrafts while embodying a profound connection between the past and present.

This unique Christmas tree and showpiece becomes a vessel of good fortune and blessings, and is the perfect accent to Park Hyatt Bangkok’s key pillars of sharing expertly curated art.
