Bangkok, Thailand – November 27 2024 – This holiday season, The St. Regis Bangkok is delighted to present a festive reimagining of its signature afternoon tea ritual, blending classic holiday flavors with locally sourced ingredients. Available throughout December 2024 and January 2025, the Festive Afternoon Tea is served daily at The St. Regis Bar, offering an intimate atmosphere perfect for connecting with loved ones during the holiday months.

The dessert menu, masterfully curated by Executive Pastry Chef Nuntida Panyabaramee, features a collection of festive treats designed to captivate and delight. Guests can indulge in a Red Velvet Tube, shaped like a tiny Yule log cake of Christmas tradition, and a fragrant Whole Orange & Spice Cake, infused with the essence of wintertime’s ingredients like orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The selection continues with traditional Marzipan Stollen, and an innovative Kunafa Pistachio Ball — styled like a gift box ornament — that introduces a Middle Eastern twist.

The Chiang Mai Strawberry Pavlova adds a burst of fresh, fruity flavor to the classic dessert. Each item evokes the quintessential aromas of the holiday season with rich and warming spices. Completing the lineup, a comforting Gingerbread Scone served with a variety of jams offers a familiar holiday taste, perfect for a cozy afternoon.

Complementing the sweets, Executive Sous Chef Matteo Fontana has skillfully crafted a selection of savory delights that embody the festive season's spirit. Guests can enjoy the rich flavors of Smoked Duck and Cherry Tart, presenting a combination of classic winter ingredients with a hint of sweetness, a sophisticated Truffle and Turkey Macaron, and an innovative Salmon Tartare Panipuri, which adds an exciting twist to the classic bite-sized Indian street food snack. The earthy tones of Beetroot and Goat Cheese Ravioli are enhanced with locally sourced ingredients, including beetroot from Chiang Mai and artisanal cheese from Little Goat Farm in Nakhon Pathom, while Ginger Infused Cherry Tomato and Stracciatella provides a refreshing finish to the savory offerings, with the ginger bringing both Asian influence and the warming spice of winter.

The St. Regis Bangkok Festive Afternoon Tea is priced at THB 2,500++ per set, including coffee or tea, perfectly paired with sweets and savories for two persons. The afternoon signature ritual is presented from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025, at The St. Regis Bar on the 12^th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok.
