Bangkok, Thailand – November 19, 2024 – The St. Regis Bangkok elevates its new EPIC dinner concept, with a lively feast inspired by a refreshed focus on hearty Mediterranean cuisine. Available every Friday and Saturday, guests are welcome with a brimming seafood tower at every table, setting the stage for a family-style dining experience with attentive table service. Diners can enjoy unlimited à la carte dishes made to order and served directly to their tables, including a seasonal highlight dish at VIU Restaurant.

Each table receives a seafood tower, elegantly arranged on ice, featuring steamed blue crab, Boston lobster claw, Mediterranean mussels, Ayutthaya river prawns, babylon snails, Alaskan king crab, and French oysters. Additional offerings brought to the table include all-you-can-eat pizza of the day, Fritto Misto—a platter of deep-fried seafood including prawns, calamari, and sea bass—as well as an assortment of fresh sushi and sashimi. The menu's first seasonal highlight is the Red Wine Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Polenta, a hearty Northern Italian dish ideal for the autumn season. These beef cheeks are sourced from the fertile pastures of South Queensland, a region renowned for its premium beef production in Australia.

VIU's signature southern European offerings continue with homemade pasta and food stations that include premium cold cuts, cheese, and a varied selection of Assorted Thai dishes featuring Boat Noodles Topped with Succulent Wagyu Beef. All-you-can-order main courses prepared à la minute include Australian wagyu beef striploin, Australian lamb rack, and Norwegian salmon, and every guest also receives a Grilled Boston Lobster Tail. To complement the savory offerings, the dessert corner presents a variety of treats, including an assortment of ice creams, Thai desserts, and more.

To complete the experience, diners are treated to 12th-floor panoramas, overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds set against the backdrop of the Bangkok night skyline. The new EPIC Dinner is presented every Friday and Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at VIU Restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok. Prices are THB 2,500++ per person, including coffee or tea.
