Start your meal with refreshing Spicy Poached Prawns with Fresh Herbs, perfectly balanced with lime Segments and kaffir lime oil, served with rich coconut milk, garnished with fresh pomelo. Follow with a comforting Thai-Style Chicken Consommé, featuring pan-seared mushrooms, white lettuce wrap, bacon, and mixed vegetables.

For the main course, choose between two delectable options: Pan-Seared Salmon with cashew nuts, shallots, mixed Thai herbs, grapes, and leaves, all elevated by a Beurre Blanc Truffle Sauce; or the succulent Seared Duck Leg Confit, served with green pea purée, baby carrots, and crispy rice chips, complemented by a light tamarind cranberry sauce.

End on a sweet note with our Tiramisu with Thai Tea Syrup, featuring layers of mascarpone cream mousse and Ladyfinger Thai Tea, topped with bubble tea for a unique twist.
