All-Time Classic & Mixologist’s Choice Negronis

Bangkok, Thailand – September 3, 2024 – The St. Regis Bar, located at 12^th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, celebrates one of Italy's most legendary cocktails with the Negroni Week, running from September 16 to 22, 2024. This special event is dedicated to exploring the rich heritage and versatile expressions of the Negroni, blending classic recipes with innovative twists into a week-long festival of flavors.

Throughout the week, The St. Regis Bangkok’s Beverage Manager, Ivan Zabolotnyi, along with his expert team of bartenders, will present two specially curated Negroni menus. The All-Time Classics menu will feature the traditional Negroni—meticulously crafted with gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, garnished with a slice of orange. In a delightful variation, the Negroni Sbagliato offers a bubbly twist by replacing gin with Prosecco for a refreshing finish.

Taking creativity to new heights, Ivan and his team have also designed the Mixologist’s Choice menu, showcasing exclusive Negroni variations that will be available only during this festive week. Guests can indulge in the White Dill Negroni, which combines dill-infused gin with peppermint dry vermouth, or savor the vibrant Contessa, mixing blueberry gin with citrusy Aperol and bianco vermouth. For a truly decadent experience, the luxurious Truffle Negroni pairs smoky truffle mezcal with the bittersweet profiles of Campari, offering an earthy twist.

At The St. Regis Bar, the celebration will be complemented by live entertainment, featuring a captivating jazz band on Thursday, followed by a DJ set on Friday and Saturday, ensuring that the atmosphere is as inspiring as the cocktails being served.
