A Feast for the Senses and Soul at Park Hyatt Bangkok

Park Hyatt Bangkok is delighted to introduce the innovative Botanical Origins Afternoon Tea, which celebrates fresh, healthy ingredients and their health benefits.

Guests can embark on a personalized tea journey by crafting their blend from a selection of organic teas and botanical ingredients, tailoring the afternoon to their well-being preferences. Alternatively, they can choose from our three signature blends, each carefully curated to offer specific health benefits. Our Green Tea with Orange, Lemon, Ginger, and Mint enhances cognitive function, promotes fat burning, controls blood sugar levels, and is rich in vitamins. The White Tea with Cloves, Berries, and Basil improves heart health, controls diabetes, enhances liver health, and is packed with vitamins and antioxidants. And our Black Tea with Lime, Lavender, Star Anise, and Organic Honey reduces blood pressure, increases iron absorption, has antiviral properties, and is rich in antioxidants.

The afternoon tea menu, designed to complement these tea selections, showcases handcrafted pastries, each highlighting fresh and healthy ingredients. A delicate Peach & Verbena pastry with a creamy yoghurt mousse delights while the Berries & Rose choux bursts with fresh berries, finished with a swirl of rose chantilly. An almond sable anchors fresh strawberry and basil compote with a touch of Tahitian vanilla chantilly, and in contrast, a decadent 70% dark chocolate cream is paired with a vibrant ginger & orange compote on a hazelnut financier. Adding to the experience is a refreshing Citrus & Mint sharing dessert featuring orange, grapefruit, lemon & mint compote with vanilla chantilly. Tea cakes like Vanilla Madeleine, Matcha & Cherry Financier, and Grapefruit & Yoghurt Tea Cake round off the indulgent selection.

Accompanying the sweet treats is a selection of savory petit sandwiches: Blue Swimmer Crab with Pomelo and Caviar, Cured ORA King Salmon with Beet Root and Chive Mascarpone, BBQ Kurobuta Pulled Pork, and Wild Mushroom Duxelle with Zucchini Cannelloni.

The Botanical Origins Afternoon Tea is available from now until 14 November 2024 at the Living Room, level 9, daily from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Priced at THB 3,000++ per set.
