Chris joined Grant Thornton where he is currently Chairman in 2016 after 39 years in industry driving international growth as a CEO and Board Director. He is the Immediate Past Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand. Chris is also a Non-Executive Director of Clipper Holdings Limited (Hong Kong) better known in Thailand as RMA.
Throughout his career he has been keen to promote sustainable business models defining business success on multiple criteria that include a better society for now and the next generation.
He has proven experience in strategic, financial, and commercial management. In 2015, under his leadership, OCS Group's strong overseas performance was recognised in the UK with the Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade.
Chris has spent a considerable amount of his business career in Thailand and Asia working with all types of business both large and small.
Graham MacDonald MBE
Donna is an experienced Finance Director and General Manager with 15 years’ experience operating at board level within the Lucy Group, which is a well-established British company founded in 1760, and one of the largest British companies in Thailand. She has a sound financial background developed over 30 years in finance, accounting and operational roles across a diverse range of industries.
Donna is a Director on the BCCT Board and Chair of BCCT’s Eastern Seaboard Working Group.
Cheryl Rego is the Head of Development, Alumni & Marketing at Bangkok Patana School, Thailand’s oldest British international school. The School has been a member of the BCCT since the 1990s. She joined the school in 2012 and has been instrumental in enhancing its reputation and outreach. She oversees the school’s strategic communications, alumni relations, fundraising and branding.
Cheryl has a rich and diverse background in journalism, marketing and public relations. She has worked with NGOs, large corporations and SMEs across Asia and Europe, gaining valuable insights and skills in cross-sector collaboration, innovation and sustainability. Cheryl is particularly interested in promoting equitable workplaces. She is an inaugural member of the BCCT Women in Business committee.
Cheryl is passionate about the role of business and organisations in engaging in their local and wider communities. She enjoys reading, cycling and spending time with her family.
Pinyapa is a Managing Partner of TWLS Company Limited, TWL Law Group in Thailand. She has extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region in Foreign Direct Investment, both offshore and onshore projects, including commercial and corporate transactions, banking and finance, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and corporate reorganisations.
She advises multinational corporations and local companies across various industries on project financing, corporate structuring and restructuring, the establishment of business in Thailand and cross-border transactions matters.
Despite business and legal activities, Pinyapa is a regular speaker in several legal conferences on various topics related to project and acquisition financing, and the cross-border M&A transactions in domestic and international events in Southeast Asia countries.
