The most wonderful time of the year is almost upon us, and the culinary experts at Goji Kitchen + Bar have revealed details of a series of bountiful festive brunches and buffet dinners. On 24th December 2023, guests can tuck into the Christmas Eve Brunch (12.00-14.30 hrs, THB 2,899++) or Christmas Eve Dinner (17.30-22.00 hrs, THB 3,199++). Then on 25th December 2023, loved ones can come together for the Christmas Day Brunch (12.00-14.30 hrs, THB 3,199++) and Christmas Day Dinner (17.30-22.00 hrs, THB 2,699++).


All four of these feasts will feature an amazing array of traditional dishes. A dedicated Christmas Station will be carving a perfectly roasted turkey, accompanied with pigs in blankets, chestnut stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce, honey-glazed ham with grilled pineapple and Mekong BBQ sauce, roasted & stuffed Christmas goose with braised red cabbage and berry sauce, beef bourguignon with Paris mushrooms, pearl onions and lardons, plus a sumptuous selection of sides including baked sweet potato, roasted parsnips, Brussels sprouts, and buttered carrots.


These seasonal delights will complement Goji Kitchen + Bar’s international buffet, which showcases crisp salads, fresh seafood on ice, hand-cut sushi & sashimi, Italian pasta, prime meats on the Parilla grill, Thai flavors, international favorites and so much more. For diners with a sweet tooth, a dedicated Christmas Dessert station will feature yule logs, almond rum stollen, plum pudding, baked apples, chocolate Santas and Christmas cookies.


Whichever occasion guests choose, they will be kept fully entertained with enchanting Christmas carols and a special visit from Santa Claus, who will be delivering festive gifts!


Then on 31st December 2023, families and friends are invited to enjoy an unforgettable New Year’s Eve Brunch (12.00-14.30 hrs, THB 2,899++) and New Year’s Eve Dinner (17.30-22.00 hrs, THB 3,199++).


This international gastronomic adventure will feature a special New Year’s Eve Station, stopping in the UK for beef Wellington with bordelaise sauce, Switzerland for Zurich-style sautéed pork loin with potato rosti, and France for beef bourguignon with Paris mushrooms, pearl onions and lardons, and roasted & stuffed duck with braised red cabbage and orange sauce. A Steak Tartare & Caviar Station will serve the finest beef rump lava tartare and opulent Avruga caviar with sourdough toast, while an extended selection of Sushi & Sashimi will include salmon, tuna, hamachi, hotate, unagi, and wagyu beef, and Goji Kitchen + Bar's iconic Parilla Grill will present the finest Australian Westholme wagyu bone-in ribeye beef, plus crispy roasted pork belly with mustard and apple sauce.


Then on 1st January, hotel guests and local residents can start 2024 in style with a New Year’s Day Brunch (12.00-14.30 hrs, THB 2,699++) or New Year’s Day Dinner (17.30-22.00 hrs, THB 2,399++).


A dedicated New Year’s Station will delight diners with baby back pork ribs and Mekong BBQ sauce, duck & waffle with duck confit, crispy bacon, fried duck egg and maple syrup, Italian-style roasted baby spring chicken with oregano, lemon and potatoes, and beef bourguignon with Paris mushrooms, pearl onions and lardons. Live Stations will specialize in pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with cauliflower purée & florets and truffle sauce, scallop, salmon & Boston lobster ravioli with a braised leek & lobster sauce, and braised beef cheeks with parmesan risotto, wild mushrooms and grated black truffle.


Diners at the New Year's Eve and New Year’s Day brunches and dinners can also savor delectable Desserts such as trifle, chocolate bonbons, French pastries & cakes, homemade ice creams & sorbets, and the Thai classic mango sticky rice.
