Available from Monday to Friday (11.30 to 14.30 hrs), this delectable menu includes four types of freshly-made dim sum, plus a selection of Chinese BBQ delights, such as crispy roasted pork belly and honey-glazed BBQ pork. Diners will also be treated to Hong Kong-style soup – traditional hot & sour chicken soup or wonton soup – and a mouth-watering main course, with the choice of stir-fried lotus root or stir-fried prawns with XO sauce. This weekday feast concludes with a delectable dessert: either chilled mango pudding or Chinese herbal black jelly with honey.
