Bangkok, Thailand – October 9, 2023 The St. Regis Bangkok offers more reasons to look forward to the weekend with an exclusive EPIC American Dinner Buffet, which takes on an American flair throughout October and November 2023. Served every Friday and Saturday night, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM at VIU Restaurant, the all-you-can-eat dinner also offers a choice of unlimited a la carte dishes prepared to order and served directly to the table.
Indulge in the warmth of comfort food that pays homage to cherished American traditions, inspired by the spirit of Halloween available throughout the month of October. Our culinary offerings include savory delights such as the melt-in-your-mouth Braised Wagyu Brisket, a Creole-Style Seafood Boil Extravaganza teeming with oceanic flavors, the famous Boston Lobster Royale Roll, and the Southern Fried Chicken & Waffles, a soulful classic that never goes out of style.
To show gratitude and honor Thanksgiving in November, the exclusive flavors of limited-time dishes include the rich and smoky notes of Barbeque Maple Syrup Marinated Pork Ribs, the zesty taste of Ceviche de Pescado, a decadent Truffle-infused Macaroni & aged Gruyère, and the bright and citrusy Florida Citrus Key Lime Tarte.
Guests can also enjoy seafood on ice, presenting New Zealand mussels, Thai river prawns, Fine de Claire, Fine de Normandie, and Irish oysters, shrimp cocktails, and a selection of sashimi. Each diner can also enjoy one whole Canadian lobster per person, served in a variety of preparations, such as grilled lobster thermidor or truffle mushroom risotto served with grilled lobster.
An additional a la carte menu features all-you-can-order snow fish with miso sauce, seared scallops with roasted vegetables, grilled beef striploin with red wine jus; grilled lamb rack and grilled pork chops with spicy sauce.
The buffet also presents an exceptional selection of cold cuts and cheeses including fresh melon and Parma ham; and Jamón Ibérico with Manchego cheese from La Mancha in Spain. At the carving station, rotating weekly highlights include roasted salmon; Beef Wellington, and braised ham with honey. And, last but not least, desserts including Spanish Churros, Lotus Cheesecake, Tres Leches cakes, a selection of ice creams, tiramisu, Thai desserts, and more.
The EPIC American Dinner Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM for THB 2,500++ per person, including coffee and tea at VIU Restaurant on the 12th floor with a panoramic view over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds and the night skyline only at The St. Regis Bangkok.
