Upon arrival, the group will receive a warm welcome onto The Bridge and seated at the Captain’s Table for welcome drinks and a sublime set menu that showcases premium ingredients from Sirimahannop’s voyages between Asia and Europe, and the exotic ports of call in between.

A series of succulent seafood appetizers includes a spectacular Seafood Tower (king crab, half shell scallops, tiger prawns and Dutch mussels), a dozen freshly-shucked oysters, a Scandinavian fish board (cured salmon, smoked mackerel, hardtack ship’s biscuits & Scandinavian horseradish sauce) and 30g of Oscietra caviar with condiments. This will be followed by an authentic Scandinavian seafood soup featuring the “catch of the day.”

The fish course of pan-fried Atlantic halibut steak, served with sautéed green beans, capers, lemon and white wine sauce, before the mouth-watering main course of Java beef flank steak with roasted root vegetables and red wine sauce. This memorable meal concludes with a delectable dessert: crêpe with mixed berry compote and vanilla ice cream.

To ensure that the evening goes with a swing, guests will be treated to free-flow soft drinks until 23:30 hrs., one bottle of rum from selected premium global labels, and a group photo to create a lasting memento of this unforgettable experience.
