Bangkok, Thailand – August 7, 2023 - The St. Regis Bangkok offers more reason to look forward to the weekend with an exclusive EPIC Dinner Buffet, which takes on a Mediterranean flair throughout August and September 2023. Served every Friday and Saturday night, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM at VIU Restaurant, the all-you-can-eat dinner also offers a choice of unlimited a la carte dishes prepared to order and served directly to the table.

Seasonal Mediterranean dishes designed to transport diners to the sun-kissed shores and rich flavors of the Mediterranean region include slow cooked Moroccan Lamb Tagine with aromatic herbs and spices, and Seafood Paella, a traditional Spanish Mediterranean coastal dish made with saffron-infused rice, prawn, squid, clams, and mussels. Other Mediterranean highlights feature Italian Minestrone Soup, Shish Taouk skewered chicken marinated with yogurt, garlic, and herbs, and a refreshing Greek Salad.

Guests can also enjoy seafood on ice, presented with New Zealand mussels, river prawns from Samut Sakhon, fresh Fine de Claire oysters from France, shrimp cocktails, and sashimi. Each diner will also receive one whole Canadian lobster per person, served as grilled lobster thermidor; grilled lobster served with fresh lemon or truffle mushroom risotto. An additional unlimited offers feature Japanese cod fish, seared scallops with roasted vegetables, and butter sauce. Superb meat dishes include Australian Wagyu beef, grilled beef striploin with roasted vegetables and red wine jus; grilled lamb rack with lamb jus; and grilled pork chop with spicy sauce. This all-you-can-eat feast presents an exceptional selection of cold cuts, imported European premium cheeses including fresh melon and Parma ham; and Jamón Ibérico with Manchego cheese from La Mancha in Spain. Rotating weekly highlights such as roasted salmon; beef wellington, and braised ham with honey are also available at the carving station, together with an array of handcrafted desserts including ice cream, cheesecake, tiramisu, and Thai desserts.

 

 

EPIC Dinner Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM for THB 2,500++ per person, including coffee or tea at VIU Restaurant on the 12th floor where guests will delight in a panoramic view over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club grounds and the night skyline only at The St. Regis Bangkok.
