Celadon restaurant at The Sukhothai Bangkok is a Michelin guide award winning restaurant that serves an extensive menu of authentic Thai cuisine in traditional Thai pavilions and air-conditioned terraces surrounded by lotus ponds.

To welcome back all Thai cuisine lovers, Chef Rosarin and her highly talented team are proud to introduce their unique and authentic Thai cuisine A la Carte menus, inspired by the desire to provide local and international diners with the opportunity to discover the complexity yet subtleness of Thai style food. The more they see and taste, the more we believe they will discover true Thai flavours. It took quite some time for Chef Rosarin to study and develop each of her chosen dishes to be combined into this menu.

Chef Rosarin’s new menu is created to offer an even more exciting experience to her guests. The key message from her new menu is quite simple, she wants to successfully introduce everyone to authentic Thai home food that has been well prepared and cooked with OTOP and local products in simple Thai taste. Every item is produced in original Thai style, yet applying modern techniques and plating. Each dish comes complete with its own remarkable range of tastes and of course, artistically stylish presentation. 

Chef Rosarin has also developed the all new dishes into Tasting Menu of 8 and 6 courses to offer an even more exciting experience. The key message from her new tasting menu is to successfully introduce everyone to authentic Thai home food that has been well prepared and cooked with local products in simple Thai taste from throughout all of Thailand’s regions. Every item is produced in original Thai style, through applying modern techniques and plating. Each dish comes complete with its own remarkable range of tastes from north to the south of Thailand and of course, artistically stylish presentation.

6.00 PM – 11.00 PM (last order at 10.00 PM) 

Classical Thai dancing is performed at 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM
