The Thai Set Dinner features a curated selection of dishes, including Pla Hoy Shell with Sa-Rai Puang Angoon, Keang Kati Nuea Bai Ra with Khao Mun, and a tropical Coconut dessert. For those who prefer Western cuisine, the menu offers King Prawn Carpaccio, Scottish Salmon Tartare, Pan-seared Foie Gras, Pan-seared Atlantic Halibut Fillet, and a decadent Jivara Milk Chocolate Cannelloni. So book your table now and celebrate your love with a delicious meal.

The Valentine’s Set Dinner (Thai or Western) at Flourish Restaurant is available on 14 February 2023 from 18:00 to 22:00 (limited seating and reservations are required 48 hours in advance). It is priced at THB6,400++ per couple, including a bottle of house wine.

Share flavourful sensations from the Foie Gras Loop, Beetroot Cured Halibut, Coronation Chicken Sandwich, Crab Tartelette, Shrimps Cocktail, Roche Camomile, Strawberry Lollipop, Caramel Tablet, Strawberry Cone, and Raspberry Macaroon, paired with a cup of tea brewed to perfection by our Tea Master.

Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is available every day during 1- 28 February 2023 from 14:00 to 17:00 at the Lobby Lounge. It is priced at THB 2,300++ per set (serves up to two persons), including a coffee and tea selection.
