The lush greenery creates a relaxing atmosphere for guests to while away the afternoon enjoying our Chef’s creations. Classic scones and Devonshire clotted cream makes way for foie gras paté with mango flower on brioche and smoked mackerel rillette in tomato tartelette with pickled vegetables. Sweet tooths will delight on pistachio praline brioche feuilleté, apple compote in honey infused yoghurt and white chocolate mousse, and yuzu curd with pate sucrée and Italian meringue. These are just a few of the creatively flavourful offerings for Indulgence Afternoon Tea.

Tea-time aficionados seeking vegan or healthier menus to enjoy with their favourite teas or coffees need look no further. Our Chef has created indulgent delights featuring plants and plant-based ingredients, highlighting the flavours of nature’s bounty. Start with vegan scones served with coconut clotted cream, strawberry or raspberry jams, and lemon curd. Savouries range from ratatouille in pumpkin bread to pickled beetroot, radish, and avocado tea sandwiches. And not to be outdone, the sweets selection shines with such tasty treats as strawberry and yuzu tarte and an “exotic bar” made of cocoa, dates, almonds with cashew nut cream and a mango and passion fruit layer.

Afternoon Tea is available every day from 14:00 to 17:00 in the Lobby Lounge: THB 1,900++ per set (serves up to two persons), including a coffee and tea selection.
