FOBISIA, the Federation of British International Schools in Asia, is seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead our HQ team in Bangkok. This is a senior leadership role at the heart of the Federation, responsible for driving operational excellence, setting high professional standards, and enabling FOBISIA to deliver on its strategic vision across member schools in Asia.

Your Impact:

• Lead and inspire the HQ team, fostering professionalism, accountability, and collaboration.
• Oversee key operations, governance, compliance, and member engagement.
• Set and embed organisational standards while delegating operational tasks effectively.
• Partner closely with the CEO to provide oversight, insight, and assurance across HQ functions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership and team management.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with school senior leaders and Board members.
• Highly organised, strategic, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in education or membership-based organisations is desirable.
• Based in Bangkok (FOBISIA does not provide housing or relocation benefits).
