Pawin Lertpanyaro, Senior Vice President at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group

Pawin has led major transaction mandates across Thailand, including the landmark Hyatt Regency Bangkok deal — the largest single-asset hospitality transaction in Thailand's history. With over 9 years in real estate investment and development, he has advised leading listed companies and state enterprises such as Airports of Thailand, BTS Group, and PTT on projects worth over USD 1bn. 

Suvrat Sachdev, Vice President at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group

Suvrat has led numerous advisory assignments across Thailand, including valuation services for the Aman Portfolio, market strategy for Mantalay (Khao Lak), buyside advisory for a Bangkok acquisition, and rebranding advisory for an Upper Upscale Sukhumvit hotel. His developer-side experience with firms like Westfield and Central Pattana across Australia and Thailand gives him deep insight into project delivery, development economics, and market positioning across hotels, mixed-use, retail, residential, and commercial assets.
