| Details: The Succession Risk Conversation: A Closed-Door Roundtable for Senior Executives **Invitation Only** The British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT), in collaboration with People Matters, is pleased to invite you to an exclusive closed-door executive roundtable: The session will be held on 10 June 2026 from 08.30 – 10.30 am. at the BCCT Office and will bring together a select group of CEOs, board members, and Group HR leaders responsible for C-suite succession decisions at the executive or board level discuss succession risk as a business risk — not simply an HR process. Most organisations do not have a succession problem. They have a succession blind spot. When a CEO, COO, or other critical leader leaves unexpectedly, the challenge is rarely about who's next on the organisational chart. The real question is whether there is genuine leadership readiness — and how confident the board is in that answer. This closed-door roundtable brings together senior leaders from the BCCT network for a candid, peer-level conversation on how succession risk actually shows up in their organisations, and what separates the companies that navigate transitions well from those that don't.
The discussion will be facilitated rather than presented. There will be no slides or presentations, allowing for an open and practical exchange under the Chatham House Rule. Attendance is strictly limited to 10 participants only to ensure a highly interactive and confidential discussion environment. What Participants Will Gain - A clearer view of where succession risk sits in their own organisation - The diagnostic questions a CEO should be able to answer about their leadership bench - A practical lens for evaluating successor readiness — beyond performance reviews - Connections with peers wrestling with the same questions
