Quality Decision-Making : Are you a good Decision-Maker?

The British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) is pleased to invited you to join a two-session workshop of Quality Decision-Making : Are you a good Decision-Maker?, led by David Solomon founder of PDM – Professional Decision-Making.

In today’s fast-changing and highly competitive business environment, leaders are required to make critical decisions under increasing pressure, uncertainty, and time constraints. While many believe experience alone creates better decision-makers, research from McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and Boston Consulting Group shows otherwise.

In this unique and eye-opening workshop, we will drill-down to explore the answer to: Why do Intelligent, experienced leaders & managers make mediocre-poor decisions under pressure and uncertainty?  (McKinsey, Bain and BCG research-findings) In this unique workshop participants will receive a holistic Framework, methodology and a set of Best-Practices that will improve their own Decision-Making strategy including their staff as well.

Designed as a two-part executive learning experience held one week apart,  allowing participants the time needed to complete a decision-execution cycle for self-reflection, awareness, and group analysis in the second session.

In the sessions, participants will engage with practical exercises inspired by game theory in order to diagnose and identify personal patterns related to risk perception, risk management, analytical and creative thinking, problem-solving approaches, and value-based judgment.

The sessions will also include dialogues around real managerial dilemmas, which will be examined through the Navigation Decision Model.
