- Identifying your own zone of genius and mapping your Ikigai
- How to identify strengths and energy drivers within your team
- How to redesign roles to increase engagement and fulfilment

Participants understand how to map their own Ikigai and apply this approach for their team while identifying opportunities to redesign roles.
Session 4: Designing a Flexible, High-Performance Workplace
- Key data and trends in flexible working
- Why autonomy and freedom drive performance
- The link between happiness, productivity, and revenue
- Practical steps to introduce flexibility
- Creating systems and rituals to sustain engagement
Key Outcome:
Attendees leave with a practical action plan to implement flexibility and improve performance.
