Chutchapol Youngwiriyakul - Founder & Managing Director, People Matters
Chutchapol leverages his engineering and global HR background to drive executive talent strategy. Through his boutique consultancy, he equips organizations with AI-enhanced succession pipelines. A regular HR forum speaker and guest lecturer at Chulalongkorn, Thammasat, and Sasin, he holds a Master’s from Sweden and is currently completing the Cambridge Judge Business School CHRO Programme.
