BCCT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

BCCT members are invited to attend the BCCT Annual General Meeting (AGM) next Thursday 26th March 2026 from 5 to 6 pm at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. This is an opportunity to review activity and performance in 2025 and plan ahead for 2026 and beyond. This event is open to BCCT members only. Entry is free of charge but please book in advance. 

The meeting agenda is:-

1. To approve the draft minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 27th March 2025. (Here)
2. To introduce candidates for election to the BCCT Board of Directors
3. To receive the 2025 Annual Report (to be posted on BCCT website)
4. To adopt the 2025 Accounts (to be posted on BCCT website)
5. To appoint an auditor for 2026
6. Any other business
7. Announce the results of the election to the BCCT Board of Directors for 2026-27

NOMINATIONS TO THE 2026-27 BCCT BOARD

There are 12 candidates for election to the 7 available positions on the BCCT's Board of Directors for 2026-27. All 7 elected will serve 2 year terms.

Members can vote a minimum of 3 candidates and a maximum of 7 candidates from the 12 nominees to be elected to the BCCT board of directors. One vote per member company.
