Led by Arne Blom, Leadership and Team Coach, this one-day workshop empowers team leaders with a clear assessment of their team’s strengths and opportunities, together with a personalised and actionable roadmap to elevate team performance.

About the Speaker :
Arne is one of only 5 team coaches in Thailand certified by the International Coaching Federation, and partners both with individual leaders and teams to develop their true potential.
Arne has more than 30 years experience as a team leader in consumer goods companies across all continents, including more than 10 years living in Asia.

Event Agenda:

Module 1: Understanding High performance in Teams

Key outcomes:

• Learn the difference between work groups, teams, and high performing teams
• Exercise: reflect on how your team is working vs high performance benchmark

Module 2: Cross cultural pitfalls and how to avoid them

Key outcomes:

• Clearly understand the challenges of team work
• Learn and practice a hands on model to avoid conflict
• Focus on working in a multi-cultural environment

Module 3: Team work assessment

Key outcomes:

• Do an online assessment with your PC and receive an immediate report for coaching your team towards high performance
• Group discussion: design individual action plans for each team leader you can implement the next day

Please note that the assessment requires the creation of a user profile online. This will be done in the days prior to the workshop. Participants are required to bring their PC to do the assessment at the workshop.

Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if the payment is not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a higher fee
