BCCT Upskilling: Building and Maintaining a Learning Culture

BCCT pleased to invite you to a full-day workshop, Building and Maintaining a Learning Culture, led by Colin Harlow, Director and Lead Consultant/Trainer at Olive Training Consultants, designed to help organisations transform everyday work into a powerful engine for growth.

In today’s fast-changing markets, the organisations that thrive are the ones that learn fastest. This workshop explores how to build a learning culture that goes beyond “training courses” and shows you how to build a true learning culture—one that strengthens capability, improves adaptability, and elevates performance across teams.

• Recognise what an effective learning culture looks like in real practice—not just in slogans.
• Assess the current learning culture within their organisation or team.
• Understand the key levers that enable or hinder learning, including leadership behaviours and organisational systems.
• Design a practical 90-day “learning culture experiment” to apply immediately at work.
• Walk away with concrete commitments and peer accountability to sustain momentum.

You will leave with practical tools, peer insights, and a 90-day action plan tailored to your own organisation or department.

Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if the payment is not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a higher fee
