This unique experience offers practical tools grounded in mindfulness, arts-based methods, and behavioural science to help you clear mental clutter, re-centre your attention, realign with your true purpose, and enhance both personal and professional performance.

Guided by Dr. Tommaso Maggio, an Organisational Development specialist with over 15 years of global experience, supporting Fortune 500 companies, universities, and UNESCO to embed experiential learning into leadership and team programmes. His work blends mindfulness, arts-based methods, and behavioural science to create high-impact learning experiences that drive clarity, collaboration, and cultural transformation.

Through The Reset Ritual, you will experience:

• Icebreaker: Colour-to-Eye Connection

• Mindful Breathing & Body Awareness (5 mins)

• Guided Visualisation + 2-Minute Journaling

• Signature Movement Ritual (Art ∙ Mind ∙ Reset) – 15 mins

• Large Paper Creative Reflection: “What do I choose to release? What will I carry forward?”

• Small Group Sharing & Closing Circle

Cost: THB 1,100 per person for BCCT members. Price includes food, free flow of soft drinks, wine and beer.

Cancellation Policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if the payment is not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a higher fee
