Details: BCCT ONE-DAY WORKSHOP: Coaching Moments for Leaders and Managers
Purpose: To equip leaders and managers with the mindset, skills, and practical tools to use everyday coaching moments to strengthen engagement, performance, and trust within their teams.
Program Summary: This one-day intensive workshop is designed for busy leaders who want to move beyond directing and problem-solving to empower others through short, impactful coaching interactions. Participants will learn how to integrate coaching into the natural flow of work — without needing extra time or formal sessions.
Learning Outcomes: By the end of the day, participants will be able to: ✅ Identify coachable moments in everyday leadership scenarios ✅ Use deep listening and powerful questions to drive insight and accountability ✅ Apply a simple, structured coaching model in 10 minutes or less ✅ Create a psychologically safe environment for open dialogue and growth ✅ Strengthen team ownership, capability, and problem-solving
