The BCCT Healthcare Working Group, in collaboration with EABC and NTCC, invites you to an inspiring session showcasing expert insights from renowned culinary masters and leading wellness professionals.

The event will kick off with a cooking demonstration followed by a panel discussion, and conclude with an open Q&A session where you can engage directly with experts, ask questions, share ideas, and gain valuable insights in a relaxed investment networking atmosphere.

  • Chonnakan Pattarasaeng-arunchai (Chef Poy) - A culinary leader with a dual foundation in haute cuisine and strategic wellness programming. Currently serving as Jr. Executive Sous Chef and Project Manager at Sri Panwa, spearheading the resort’s partnership with BDMS Wellness Clinic. Combines Le Cordon Bleu culinary training with healthcare experience and a strong background in government administration.
  • Dr. Sureerat Sritangrattanakul - Deputy Director, Prevention and Wellness Clinic, BDMS Wellness Clinic. Offers personalised, holistic health consultations focused on comprehensive and individualised care.
  • David Laris (Chef Laris) - a well-known chef and food entrepreneur with a career that spans restaurants, hospitality consulting, and wellness-led concepts across Asia. As CEO of Slice Wellbeing, and CEO of David Laris Creates DLC Hospitality Consulting, he blends culinary creativity with a commitment to sustainability and holistic living.
  • Dr. Gerard Lalande - Chief Medical Officer, Luma
    Brings insights into preventive healthcare and the science behind nutritional well-being.
  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Veeravich Jaruvongvanich - Gastroenterologist, Bumrungrad International Hospital
