More about the speaker: Jim N R Dale is the Founder & Senior Meteorologist at British Weather Services, Author of ‘Weather or Not? - The Personal & Commercial Impacts of Weather & Climate’ and co-Author of ‘Surviving Extreme Weather’. He is well known within U.K. media circles and he’s also a professional expert for the global legal community with concern to weather related cases. Jim is a BCCT member with an office in Thep Rak Rd, NE Bangkok 10220.

Cancellation policy:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment is not made 24 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.
• Payment is required at the time of booking. At any other time will incur a higher fee
