  • The role of trust, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Session 2: Coaching Models & Frameworks (10:45 – 12:00)

  • Deep dive into GROW, CLEAR, and OSKAR models
  • Case study walk-through using each model
  • Group activity: Matching models to client scenarios
  • Tools for structuring effective coaching sessions

Lunch Break (12:00 – 13:00)

Session 3: Mastering the Art of Powerful

  • Open vs. closed questions: when and how to use them
  • How to spark reflection, action, and insight
  • The power of silence and active listening
  • Activity: Practicing transformational questioning techniques

Session 4: Live Coaching Practice & Peer Feedback (14:15 – 15:15)

  • Role-playing in pairs (coach and coachee)

Session 5: Developing Emotional Intelligence in Coaching (15:30 – 16:15)

  • Applying EQ to leadership and coaching conversations
