  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanita Wongviriyawong(Mint) is a co-founder and CEO of EATLAB, an AI solution company for retail and food services industry. EATLAB produces solutions that help businesses cross-sell and upsell, while tracking their operation efficiency and frauds.
  • Polina Kurna is the Chief Patient Experience Officer at Miskawaan Health Group, with over 13 years of experience in healthcare and marketing in Thailand. A passionate advocate for gender equality, she is dedicated to empowering women and sharing her journey in business leadership. Polina’s work focuses on creating meaningful connections and driving positive change in the healthcare industry.
  • Thanyaporn Krichtitayawuth is an expert in volunteer management and positive psychology, awarded the 2020 Management Women Award by Thailand’s Prime Minister. As Executive Director of GCNT, she leads sustainability efforts under the UN Global Compact to achieve the 17 SDGs by 2030. With 24 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble, she has driven strategic initiatives in compliance, engineering, and supply chain management.
  • Nikki Phinyapincha is a DEI thought leader, en"trans"preneur, and policy strategist shaping the future of gender justice and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. As Founder of TransTalents Consulting Group, she leads high-impact research and policy initiatives, including the WorldPride 2030 feasibility study, driving systemic change at both corporate and governmental levels. Through her expertise, she empowers institutions to turn vision into action for a more inclusive, equitable future.

Moderator: Cappie Uwalaka is a Corporate Representative at School Portraits (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a leading provider of professional school photography and yearbook services, as well as Digital ID cards for international schools and conpanies. Cappie plays a key role in fostering partnerships and ensuring exceptional service, helping establishments create lasting visual legacies through professional and innovative solutions.
