This session explores various leadership styles and their effectiveness in different contexts. Participants will assess their own leadership styles and learn the importance of adaptability in their approach. Through role-playing and discussions, attendees will develop personalised leadership plans, enabling them to enhance their effectiveness as leaders and positively influence their teams.

1. Overview of Leadership Styles (30 mins)
      o Autocratic, democratic, transformational, transactional.
2. Assessing Your Leadership Style (1 hour)
      o Self-assessment quiz.
      o Group sharing of insights.
3. Adapting Your Leadership Approach (1 hour)
      o Situational leadership and flexibility.
      o Role-playing different scenarios.
4. Creating a Personal Leadership Plan (30 mins)
      o Setting goals for leadership development.
5. Wrap-Up and Q&A (30 mins)

The "Back to Basics - Using Common Sense in Leadership and Management" training program consists of five comprehensive online sessions designed to enhance essential skills for effective leadership and management.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, many leaders and managers may find themselves overwhelmed by complex strategies and technologies, leading to a disconnect from fundamental principles.
