This session explores various leadership styles and their effectiveness in different contexts. Participants will assess their own leadership styles and learn the importance of adaptability in their approach. Through role-playing and discussions, attendees will develop personalised leadership plans, enabling them to enhance their effectiveness as leaders and positively influence their teams.

Agenda: 1. Overview of Leadership Styles (30 mins) o Autocratic, democratic, transformational, transactional. 2. Assessing Your Leadership Style (1 hour) o Self-assessment quiz. o Group sharing of insights. 3. Adapting Your Leadership Approach (1 hour) o Situational leadership and flexibility. o Role-playing different scenarios. 4. Creating a Personal Leadership Plan (30 mins) o Setting goals for leadership development. 5. Wrap-Up and Q&A (30 mins)
