Through team-building exercises and discussions on trust and collaboration, attendees will learn how to motivate team members and create an environment that promotes engagement and productivity. By analysing successful teams, participants will gain insights into effective strategies for team development.

Agenda: 1. Understanding Team Dynamics (30 mins) o Stages of team development (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing). 2. Fostering Collaboration and Trust (1 hour) o Team-building exercises. o Strategies for enhancing trust. 3. Motivating Your Team (1 hour) o Understanding intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation. o Practical motivation techniques. 4. Case Studies and Group Discussion (30 mins) o Analysing successful teams and their strategies. 5. Wrap-Up and Q&A (30 mins)
