This session emphasises the critical role of effective communication in leadership. Participants will explore common barriers to communication and learn strategies to overcome them. Through active listening exercises and feedback mechanisms, attendees will enhance their communication skills, ensuring clear and constructive interactions within their teams. The session concludes with a discussion on the importance of maintaining open lines of communication to foster a positive organisational culture.
