NWRC: 'Designing Inclusive Workspaces for All' Workshop!

BCCT members are invited to join Steps and Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre (NWRC) on 'Designing Inclusive Workspaces for All' Workshop!

We are pleased to announce an exciting workshop organised by the Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre (NWRC). This session will focus on designing inclusive workspaces, providing practical strategies for organisations to create more accessible environments for individuals with disabilities.

The Neurodiversity at Work Research Centre and Steps are making the business case for inclusion, providing actionable and cost-effective advice to help organisations future-proof and realise the benefit that neurodivergent people bring to organisations as employees, stakeholders, and customers. 

This is a great opportunity to engage with professionals and learn effective solutions for fostering inclusivity in the workplace, including effective and accessible environments, fostering belonging through inclusive language and practices, and making available sensory adjustments that benefit all employees.
